J.W. Beverette’s Soul Food is a restaurant that offers delicious food for the family. I wish we could give them 10 stars!! ⭐️ If you have never eaten there, you are missing an amazing experience! It was our first time there, but definitely won’t be our last. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, the food is melt-in-your-mouth! I had the Oxtails on rice with yams. My husband had the hamburger steak with black-eyed peas and fried okra. Now, this is what earned them 5 bonus stars…hubby wanted mashed potatoes & gravy with his meat but as their sides change daily, it wasn’t on the menu that day. However, they had some fresh cooked taters for potato salad! Would you believe, Ms. Teresa went to the kitchen and made a big serving of mashed potatoes just for him! Who does that?!? You can taste the love in every bite of the food they cook! ❤️ We live nearly an hour away, but it will be worth every mile to taste and feel that love again! Go getcha sum!! You won’t regret it! P.S. The portions are generous and the prices are easy on the pocketbook! 💝

Delicious & Beautifully Stunning

I found this gem with a simple google search while in Montgomery and they did not disappoint. This is my new favorite restaurant. The staff is great and the food is amazing. Everything is seasoned just right every time. Catfish and whole wings and that mac and cheese CHEF’s KISS
